callouts: sunnier tip gold, yellower warning, dynamite for danger

Warm and lighten tip toward a sunflower gold (still dark enough for the
uppercase title to stay readable on the tinted fill), and nudge warning
a step toward yellow so it sits closer to its hazard-sign icon.  Swap
danger's icon to the firecracker.
